Job Responsibilities
  1. Manage daily food production, preparation, and presentation to ensure quality and consistency.
  2. Oversee human resources in the kitchen, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance reviews.
  3. Maintain sanitation and safety standards in the kitchen environment.
  4. Monitor and control labor and food costs, ensuring budgets are met.
  5. Promote safety programs to minimize liabilities.
Minimum Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • One to two years of related experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of food principles and management practices.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for long periods, and operating equipment.
  • Ability to work in environments with temperature extremes.
Compensation

USD $65,000.00 - USD $70,000.00 per year.
