Sous Chef I - Summer Camp
Seasonal Employment - June 21 - July 28
Wage: $28.00 per hour
The Sous Chef is responsible for supporting unit management in the production, cooking and service of all hot and cold food required at the unit. This position may be responsible for supervising aspects of the kitchen, staff and production. The site, a small camp for children, will host 200 campers and 40 staff for approximately five weeks.
