Job summary

Elior North America is seeking a skilled Sous Chef to lead culinary operations in Jefferson Hills, PA for AHN accounts. You will supervise and participate in the preparation, seasoning, and cooking of salads, soups, meats, and desserts, while ensuring quality and consistency.

Responsibilities include menu development, cost control, staff training, safety/sanitation, and delivering outstanding service to patients and staff in a healthcare environment.

• Proven experience managing large quantity cooking operations.

• Experience controlling costs and budgets.
