With 1,000 elegantly appointed guest rooms, over 75,000 square feet of versatile event space, and six distinct food and beverage outlets, this is a rare opportunity to lead culinary innovation at one of Hilton’s flagship urban properties.
In this role, you will work with the Senior Sous Chef and Executive Chef to lead the culinary operations of FYR, our signature restaurant renowned for its live-fire cooking and inventive Midwestern cuisine. Showcasing an open kitchen concept and emphasizing the freshest seasonal, locally sourced ingredients, FYR delivers an engaging and authentic dining experience.
The ideal candidate is a passionate and accomplished culinarian with leadership experience and a proven ability to inspire and elevate a high-performing team.
As Sous Chef, you would be responsible for assisting with the direction and oversight of all culinary operations in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
