We are hiring immediately for a full time SOUS CHEF position.
Location: Valero - 1 Valero Way, San Antonio, TX 78249. Note: online applications accepted only.
Schedule: Full time schedule. Monday - Friday, hours may vary. More details upon interview.
Requirement: Previous culinary experience required. Previous supervisory experience preferred.
Pay Range: $18.00 per hour to $22.00 per hour

Job Summary: Helps Executive Chef prepare and cook foods. Coordinates activities of cooks and other food-service associates. Assumes responsibility for kitchen and food-service associates in the absence of Executive Chef.
