In this role, you will be instrumental in the successful operation of our Culinary Department, assisting in the supervision, preparation, and cooking of various food items. You will develop daily menu items and ensure their proper preparation and garnishment. Additionally, you will support and supervise up to 20 hourly associates, collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop new menus, assist with ordering, and execute catering events.
