Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Foodservice Sales and Strategy, the position will support the Marketing, Merchandising, and Sales functions related to Core-Mark fresh and foodservice. Responsible for training and educating the Core-Mark sales team on food trends, item specifications, program elements, and food preparation. The position is responsible for providing culinary support to the sales organization and will partner with key fresh and foodservice executives on product and menu concept initiatives. The Corporate Chef will provide leadership as a subject matter expert in fresh and food service on multiple projects related to the company's growth strategy within the industry.
