The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $65,000.

The goal of the Banquet Sous Chef is to manage the Banquet culinary department, which includes IRD and the employee cafeteria. The Banquet Sous reports to, and works closely with the Banquet Chef and Executive Chef, to run and maintain operations and quality standards.
