Located in the heart of the West Village, Anton’s Cafe & Wine Bar is the first restaurant from Co-Owners Chef Nick Anderer and Beverage Director Natalie Johnson. Anton’s is a nostalgic New York Café and Wine Bar serving updated old-world cuisine with deep French, Italian, English and American influences. We're currently growingour team, and looking for a motivated Sous Chef with strong leadership intuition. Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years of full-service kitchen experience, must possess strong leadership skills, be focused and able to prioritize abundant and varied responsibilities, as well asdemonstrate poise and an overall willingness to contribute to supporting and continuously training all team members.Applicants must have obtained their New York Food Handler's License, and be proficient in all Department of Health standards and practices. Proficiency in Spanish is preferred, though not required of the position.
