Job description

We are currently seeking passionate, motivated Junior Sous Chefs to join several high-volume, hospitality-driven culinary teams. These opportunities are ideal for chefs looking to grow their leadership skills while working alongside experienced culinary professionals in fast-paced, standards-focused kitchens.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support daily kitchen operations and service execution
  • Assist with food preparation, station organization, and quality control
  • Help train and mentor line cooks and prep staff
  • Ensure food is prepared consistently with recipe and presentation standards
  • Monitor food quality, cleanliness, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Assist with inventory, ordering, and product organization
  • Work closely with Executive Chefs and Sous Chefs to maintain efficient kitchen operations
  • Help manage prep production, communication, and ticket flow during service
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional kitchen environment
