Job summary

Crossroads Hotel in Kansas City, Missouri is seeking a passionate Sous Chef to lead a dynamic culinary team under the guidance of the Executive Chef. You will collaborate to prepare dishes and recipes, while fostering a respectful, progressive kitchen culture.

You are a mentor who can work across stations, motivated by delivering exceptional guest experiences with local products. This role offers growth within Aparium’s hospitality group and a commitment to inclusion and community involvement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a culinary team and mentoring staff.
• Ability to work across kitchen stations and maintain high standards.

Lead a dynamic, professional culinary team in the beautiful Crossroads Hotel. As a Sous Chef, you will collaborate with the culinary leadership team to develop and expertly prepare dishes and recipes. Work in a respectful and progressive environment that values what people bring to the team.
