Base pay range

$20.00/hr - $25.00/hr

When we opened in June of 2000, we quickly became a local favorite for our generous pasta dishes, home-style Italian meats, chicken, fish, and large pizzas. Located at The Docks, it also made it easy for delivering great Italian food to boats as they made a quick stop along the Maumee River.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of full service restaurant culinary management experience

In this SC role, you will manage restaurant back of house / kitchen teams along with assistant manager roles and duties working as a member of the restaurant management team. KM, Kitchen Manager, Sous Chef or Culinary Manager experience is preferred in this Heart of House role.
