Job summary

Au Cheval Nashville, a celebrated diner-style bar and restaurant, is seeking an experienced restaurant manager to lead high-volume operations in the 12 South neighborhood. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, coordinating shifts, scheduling, and collaborating with Culinary Partners to implement menu changes.

Who You Are
  • Must have 2+years high-volume restaurant management experience
  • Knowledge of F&B preparation techniques, health departmentrulesand regulations

  • Regularly communicates and collaborates with Culinary Partners and consultants for operational and menu changes

  • Highly responsive and collaborative, a team player who approaches work without ego
  • Manage shifts which include daily decision making, scheduling, and planning
