Two Hands Hospitality is a group of community-focused Australian restaurants. Serving breakfast through dinner, we fuel your lifestyle with fresh, delicious food, cocktails, and coffee.

We are a fast-growing, innovative hospitality group with restaurants in NYC, Austin, Nashville, Denver, and more on the horizon. KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• At least three years of experience in a similar role
• Must have open availability
• General knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and heating and cooling methods
• A positive and customer-centric attitude
• Australian cafe experience or a curiosity for our concept
• Ability to communicate with both BOH and FOH staff
• Ability to maintain DOH sanitation standards and keep the kitchen clean
• Advanced knife skills
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
• Proficiency in standard cooking techniques
• Ability to work/stand for 8-10 hours and occasionally carry up to 20 pounds
• Maintain workspace cleanliness and uphold restaurant standards
