Children's Hospital Colorado in Aurora, CO seeks a dedicated kitchen leader to oversee daily food production, sanitation, purchasing, receiving, and inventory control. You will plan and supervise preparation, ensuring high quality, safety standards, and excellent service in a fast-paced hospital setting.
The role includes mentoring staff, coordinating with leadership, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while balancing cost control and menu execution.
Oversees daily food production, sanitation, purchasing, receiving and inventory control of food and supplies in compliance with purchasing agreements. Maintains the highest food quality, customer service excellence, cost control and regulatory standard compliance in conjunction with the Executive Chef. Responsible for planning and overseeing food preparation in a kitchen.
Location: Aurora, CO
Job Status: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Shift: Days/Evenings. Five 8-hour shifts per week, 5:30am - 2:00pm or 12:00pm - 8:00pm. Weekend and holiday availability required.
Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.
Hourly Range: $24.01 to $36.02
