Responsibilities

• Submit vendor quote requests promptly.
• Obtain and compare supplier quotes.
• Source new products based on customer requests.
• Analyze product costs and supplier options.
• Research new suppliers and purchasing opportunities.
• Prepare accurate quotes for sales and customer service.
• Manage ISO Supplier Evaluation forms.
• Maintain the Approved Vendor List and supplier database.
• Respond to emails by the end of each business day.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate concerns when needed.
• Coordinate with sales, purchasing, design, manufacturing, and shipping.
• Provide backup support for purchase orders and expediting.
• Prepare correspondence and maintain complete records.
• Build and maintain supplier relationships.
