What this job involves

This position manages the transition of new Corporate Solutions IFM accounts and account expansions with a focus on procurement deliverables and advanced sourcing. It is suited for employees with professional experience capable of leading complex transitions and negotiating sophisticated contracts.

Key responsibilities include developing transition strategies, gathering supplier data, managing supplier communications, overseeing supplier setup in JLL platforms, creating account-specific contract templates, and training team members on procurement best practices. The role also involves implementing employee programs such as uniforms, tools, and vehicles.

The role emphasizes executing advanced sourcing strategies during transitions, including negotiated price reductions, supplier consolidation, and meeting savings targets. The position serves as the main contact for procurement issues, interacts with senior internal and client executives, and may lead a team for complex transitions.

Job Requirements
  • Guide clients through transition processes, managing expectations around scope, optimization, and transformation.
  • Analyze Master Service Agreements (MSA) to incorporate relevant clauses into subcontractor contracts.
  • Develop procurement reporting and bid process procedures for account SOPs.
  • Perform due diligence on suppliers, develop transition strategies, and manage supplier onboarding processes.
  • Collaborate with legal and risk teams to ensure compliance.
  • Create and distribute supplier communications and onboarding documents.
  • Manage supplier inquiries and responses to maximize engagement.
  • Support other transition work streams with supplier data.
  • Train support staff on procurement processes.
  • Develop new sourcing and onboarding process maps.
  • Provide contract and risk management training.
  • Implement employee programs such as vehicles and uniforms.
  • Analyze spend data and negotiate supplier agreements for new accounts.
  • Contribute ideas to improve transition processes.
  • Participate in progress calls, providing updates and flagging issues, especially for complex transitions involving senior stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Ability to lead both strategic and tactical aspects of sourcing and transition projects.
  • Expertise in sourcing, change management, and client relations.
  • Proven success in implementing sourcing strategies and negotiations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical skills with proactive issue resolution capabilities.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of JLL systems such as E1 Financials, OVWO, 360, SharePoint, Jaggaer, and others.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Supply Chain Management and 8+ years of relevant experience; MBA preferred.

Compensation: Estimated total salary range: $120,000 - $150,000 annually. This is an estimate and not guaranteed; actual offer depends on various factors.
