Responsibilities
  • Manage large data sets in Excel for vendor onboarding and progress tracking across multiple client accounts
  • Direct and guide transition coordinators to ensure proper data entry and documentation
  • Pull daily reports from multiple systems to provide statistical reporting to Transition Leads
  • Manage vendor correspondence and handle escalations while performing data cleansing activities
  • Support process improvement initiatives by identifying bottlenecks and recommending efficiency solutions
Qualifications
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas, macros, and pivot tables
  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in procurement, analytics, or project coordination roles
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with variable timelines
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
Preferred qualifications
  • Comprehensive working knowledge of sourcing and procurement technologies such as Aravo, Jaggaer, and Corrigo
  • Experience in project coordination roles
