Crown Equipment Corporation, based in New Bremen, Ohio, is seeking a Procurement/Sourcing professional to join our team. This onsite role supports supplier communication, data analysis, and part data maintenance, with travel up to 20%.

Collaboration with Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Finance will be essential for part qualification and changes. The ideal candidate brings 2–4 years of related experience and an Associate degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering.

• Frequent travel (6-20%) and occasional overnight stays (0-5%).

Responsibilities

• Support sourcing activities by assisting with supplier communication, quotations, and data analysis.

Job Duties

• Support sourcing activities for assigned categories by assisting with supplier communication, quotations, and data analysis.
• Maintain accurate supplier, pricing, and part data within procurement systems to support business continuity.
• Assist with supplier performance tracking, issue documentation, and reporting under guidance from senior team members.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Finance to support part qualification, changes, and basic sourcing initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Interpersonal, teamwork and negotiation aptitude skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Manufacturing Engineering or other technical experience.
• CPSM, APICS, CIPS, or comparable training are also preferred.
