Job summary

Afinitas, part of Barry-Wehmiller, seeks a Contract Sourcing Specialist to build candidate pipelines for frontline production across multiple locations. This fully remote contract role targets Midwest-based candidates who understand regional labor markets.

You will partner with our Talent Acquisition team to identify production workers, skilled trades, and other manufacturing talent, supporting multi-site aims and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Experience sourcing or recruiting for manufacturing, production, warehouse, industrial, or skilled trades positions.
• Strong candidate sourcing and outreach skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience using recruiting technology, job boards, and sourcing platforms.
• Familiarity with Midwest labor markets and manufacturing talent communities strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting multi-site manufacturing operations is a plus.

Afinitas is seeking a Contract Sourcing Specialist to help build candidate pipelines for frontline production and manufacturing positions across multiple locations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys finding talent, engaging candidates, and helping organizations fill critical manufacturing positions. You’ll partner closely with our Talent Acquisition team to identify and connect with production employees, skilled trades professionals, and other manufacturing talent needed to support our growing operations.

While this is a remote position, we are seeking candidates located in the Midwest who are familiar with regional labor markets and manufacturing talent pools.
