Overview

Sourcing Specialist — Duration: 6 Months. Location: Elma NY (Remote). Working Hours: Part time – anytime between 7:00am to 3:00pm. Note: Client is willing to work around schedules, as this is a part-time position, provided the candidate is available during regular business hours.

Summary
  • As the strategic sourcing professional, you will work closely with recruiters to understand their hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies by utilizing online job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and other resources to identify potential candidates. Additionally, you will also use advanced search techniques and tools to find passive candidates who may not be actively seeking new opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or 3 years equivalent experience.
  • Prior experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or strategic sourcing is typically required.
  • This could include experience in conducting research, utilizing sourcing techniques, and engaging with potential candidates.
