Elgin, IL—LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well-established distribution company to recruit a Sourcing Specialist. You will source materials and packaging, build supplier relationships, and negotiate terms with vendors to support a fast-paced, high-SKU environment.

You will analyze data to identify cost savings, collaborate with operations and supply chain teams, and leverage advanced Excel to track trends. A 7.5% bonus and strong leadership support provide growth and stability.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing, procurement, purchasing, or supply chain.
• Strong supplier negotiation and vendor management experience.
• Packaging sourcing experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills and data analysis capabilities.
• Experience working in a high-SKU environment is highly desired.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
