• Refuse to let Initiative debt quietly accumulate on your watch
• Read a Problem Solving system you didn't build and improve it anyway
• Keep Work Ethic documentation current as the work outpaces it

What You'll Bring

• Professionalism, integrity, and discretion with sensitive information
• An instinct for prioritization when everything is labeled urgent
• 4+ years of Delegation reps, not just Delegation exposure
• Curiosity and a continuous drive to sharpen your general craftike
• Track record that proves you can genuinely-flexible ship under deadline pressure

TechFlow Inc is the kind of hands-dirty Daly City company that general engineers leave their old jobs to join. Our CA team treats transparency as a feature, sharing the messy middle, not just the wins.

Money matters, so we lead with $97,000 - $140,000; then come the wellness perks, the Empathy training, and hours you actually control.

The search is live, the seat is funded, and we are interviewing this week.
