Job Description:

• Employee to generate lineups for clients interview drive.
• Employee to attend and manage clients interview drive
• Employee to attend and arrange participation in campus drives and jobs fairs.
• Employee to generate leads through tele-calling, reference collection and other sources.
• Employee to ensure all process /documentation and MIS are maintained as required by ITM and client.
• Employee must be willing to travel within the city and state for work.
• Employee must work towards achieving the expected numbers, revenue and productivity.
