Job summary

FPC Franchise in Georgia is seeking a Sourcing & Procurement Manager to lead its purchasing team and modernize the company’s sourcing and vendor strategy. The role reports to the VP of Operations and sits within a rapidly growing manufacturing environment.

TITLE

Sourcing & Procurement Manager

SUMMARY

A growing manufacturing company is looking for a Sourcing & Procurement Manager to lead its purchasing team and modernize its sourcing and vendor strategy. This role oversees a team of four buyers and reports to the VP of Operations at a company undergoing rapid growth in the Southeast US. The position offers a chance to build KPI-driven processes as the company rolls out a new ERP system.

YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU:

• Have experience sourcing new vendors and negotiating contracts to reduce lead times and costs.
• Can lead a small team of buyers with strong personalities without micromanaging.
• Understand how to balance cost, lead time, and ROI when making sourcing decisions.
