Role Description

The Vice President of Communications & Customer Service will support a strategic procurement function, managing internal customer support, using tools like Coupa, Concur, and ServiceNow. The role involves team leadership, process development, training, and communication across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of Customer Support Representatives, ensuring excellent support via ServiceNow
