WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
As a key member of the Technology and Services team within Nike Global Procurement, you will report directly to the Director of IT Outsourcing, Consulting and HR Services Procurement. You will work on high impact and high visibility deals across IT Outsourcing, Consulting, HR Services and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO). You will work closely with peers across the procurement team, collaborators and leaders across multiple business lines in support of services sourcing needs.

We are looking for a Sourcing Manager who will be part of a dynamic, impactful team of sourcing professionals supporting Nike’s strategic initiatives. The Sourcing Manager must have rich procurement experience, preferably in the services sector. They are highly organized, able to balance and prioritize multiple initiatives at one time, adept at project management, able to influence partners, good with data, and experienced negotiators.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
The Sourcing Manager will advise and support Nike’s business leaders during all phases of the sourcing life-cycle. They will master, communicate, and execute Nike’s strategic sourcing process. They measure value captured, report performance, engage support from legal and finance teams, and implement sourcing initiatives using a suite of advanced sourcing and contract management tools. They are proficient in spend analysis, risk management, contracting, cost savings methodology, performance reporting, collaborator engagement, and use of strategic sourcing tools.
