Responsibilities

YOU HAVE:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in a relatively large supply chain organization is preferred.
• Passion for leading and developing people.
• Experience directly managing complex categories.
• Strong negotiation skills including experience negotiating multi-million dollar contracts.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and adapt to a high growth environment.
• Ability to travel a minimum of 10%.

Pay Transparency nVent's pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee's work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply. Compensation Range: $105,000.00 - $195,000.00 Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives.
