nVent is seeking a procurement professional to manage dates on open purchase orders, monitor vendor performance, and drive development activities. This role partners with diverse internal teams to influence procurement processes and ensure data integrity across key fields and team metrics.

Manage dates on open purchase orders, monitor vendor performance for timely delivery, and drive vendor development activities. Maintain data integrity of key detailed fields and team metrics to ensure accurate purchase order placement. Close partnership with a wide range of internal collaborators, giving you strong exposure to multiple business functions. The opportunity to build and influence procurement processes, not just follow them. Continuous improvement in action, working within current processes while contributing to future-state improvements and system implementations. Iterative change, where you'll gain hands-on experience supporting system and process evolution over time. Strategic ownership of indirect spend categories rather than transactional, signal-based purchasing.

Pay Transparency nVent's pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee's work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply.
Compensation Range: $62,900.00 - $116,900.00
Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives.
