Job summary

Uline in Pleasant Prairie, WI, is seeking an experienced Sourcing Manager to lead product sourcing, negotiate vendor contracts and optimize our supply chain. You will manage a high-performing team and drive cost, quality and speed across categories.

Responsibilities include own sourcing decisions, lead negotiations with domestic and international vendors, coordinate with Purchasing, Marketing and Quality Control, and develop suppliers for best-in-class performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of experience directly sourcing products from domestic and overseas factories preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, project management, negotiation and analytical skills.
