Job summary

• 2+ years of sourcing, product development, buying, planning, or production management experience.
• Experience leading sourcing project initiatives.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and make effective decisions.
• Knowledge of cost modeling, quality assurance, import logistics, customs, and factory compliance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; advanced Excel and PowerPoint preferred.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic category goals.
• A team-first attitude; while your core duties are your priority, you’re happy to step in wherever you’re needed.

What You Will Work On

This role helps lead sourcing strategies that support Private Brand growth and operational excellence. Daily work includes negotiating pricing with suppliers, managing supplier relationships, and driving category goals through fact-based decision making. Your contributions influence cost efficiencies, product quality, and overall sourcing performance. The position also supports supplier onboarding, production planning, and cross-functional alignment to meet seasonal timelines.
