Job summary

Coordinate interviews that connect candidates with our leaders and maintain forward momentum, building excitement about pursuing a career here.
  • Insight Development - Turn observations into ideas. Share candidate insights that help hiring managers assess fit and long-term impact.

Cash Compensation
  • Total cash compensation is generally around $103,000 to $118,000 and includes a profit sharing based on company profitability.
