Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s in Business, Engineering or related field with 8–10+ years in purchasing or sourcing.
• 7+ years of negotiation, contract management, governance and project leadership.
• Experience with SAP systems including Ariba, WeBuy Sourcing/Procurement and S/4HANA.

Responsibilities

• Lead GBS Sourcing Excellence & Transformation initiatives for the U.S. market.
• Translate global SE&T strategies into U.S.-specific actions and manage the portfolio.
• Oversee governance, compliance, data analytics, and project portfolio management.
