Job summary

Koch seeks a Sourcing professional with a strong technical background to manage supplier development for PCB/PCBA, high-speed cables, and related assemblies. You will partner with engineering, manufacturing, supplier quality, and suppliers to drive sourcing strategy and supply readiness for next-generation ACC/DAC products.

The role emphasizes early supplier engagement, RFQ discipline, and TCO-based decision making with cross-functional teams to mitigate risks and deliver on aggressive timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Sourcing, Procurement, Supplier Development, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Experience with RFQ execution, supplier qualification, and TCO analysis.

Responsibilities

• Represent NPD Sourcing on cross-functional project teams and align deliverables with requirements and cost targets.
• Develop and execute project and component sourcing strategies aligned with category strategy.
• Engage suppliers early to obtain technical input and improve RFQ quality.
• Prepare RFQ packages with specifications, forecasts, timing, and quality requirements.
• Lead or support negotiations, cost-breakdowns, and should-cost analyses.
• Drive risk mitigation for supplier, technology, tooling, capacity, and supply continuity.
• Coordinate onboarding, qualification planning, tooling kickoff, and first-off-tool readiness.
• Maintain sourcing status, costs, risks, and actions in systems and trackers.
