Molex, LLC is seeking a Sourcing Engineer to lead sourcing project planning and flawless product launches at our Rochester Hills, MI office. You will drive BOM cost accuracy, supplier negotiations, and early supplier collaboration across design centers and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or supply chain management.
• 2+ years of direct spend sourcing in electrical/mechanical categories.
• Automotive procurement experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with design teams to manage BOM cost through launch.
• Identify and onboard new suppliers for TIS division.
• Negotiate terms in line with internal policies.
• Improve sourcing processes with design teams.
• Ensure category strategies on new/serial projects.
• Lead VAVE workshops and supplier negotiations.
• Manage supply risk in NPD.
