Job summary

Genpact invites applications for the role of Service Delivery Manager - S&P - Sourcing in the Denver, CO area. This hands-on sourcing ops leadership role delivers targeted savings within in-scope spend and requires strong communication with Genpact and client leadership.

You will manage a team, guide RFP/RFX/RFQ processes, and collaborate with category managers to drive procurement excellence, leveraging Coupa/ARIBA and ERP tools. Excellent stakeholder management is essential.

Qualifications

Hands-on operational sourcing (indirect) and tactical buying.
Experience in leading a team is advantageous.
Proficiency with Coupa (preferred) / ARIBA or similar procurement systems.
Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills.
Lean or process improvement certifications are a plus.
US/UK sourcing experience is preferred.
Graduate with any field; master's degree preferred; tech qualifications welcome.

Responsibilities

Deliver targeted savings within the in-scope spend as a team lead and hands-on buyer.
Engage with Genpact and client leadership and other stakeholders via clear, effective communication.
Manage spend and convert savings opportunities into addressable spend.
Lead RFx/RFP processes and negotiate contracts in alignment with policy.
Oversee ERP/procurement tool-based sourcing and eAuction activities.
Guide and mentor junior buyers on sourcing projects and negotiations.
Act as single point of contact to the client and manage escalations.
