Job summary

BJC HealthCare seeks a Sourcing Coordinator for surgical supplies to support our statewide procurement initiatives in the St. Louis area.

You will collaborate with clinical teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to optimize cost, quality, and delivery of essential items across the network. Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor's degree and up to 2 years of experience in supply chain or procurement, CPIM/CPM/APICS certifications preferred, and a collaborative mindset to drive process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or related field required.
• Experience at <2 years preferred.
• Licensure: CPIM / CPM / APICS preferred.
• Master's Degree with 2-5 years experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participates on best practice exchange teams or other work teams established to effect change.
• Evaluates, facilitates, develops, and implements improvement strategies throughout the system.
• Oversees project planning, project management, and progress monitoring and reporting of multidisciplinary teams.
• Provides consultation and guidance to leaders and members of clinical and administrative teams in improvement methodologies.
• May manage a portfolio under $25M, while supporting process improvement.
