Job summary

Torus is seeking a detail-oriented Sourcing Contract Administrator to partner with the Senior Sourcing Manager in Salt Lake City. You will administer LTAs and POs, track terms and delivery, and coordinate returns and credits while ensuring ERP data integrity.

You will manage supplier communications, monitor performance, assist with invoice discrepancies, and support master data maintenance, contributing to on-time delivery and compliant procurement across the facility.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in procurement, contract administration, purchasing, materials management, or supply chain coordination.
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple open orders, suppliers, and issues concurrently.
Excellent written and verbal communication for supplier and cross-functional interaction.

Responsibilities

Administer executed long-term agreements (LTAs) and purchase orders; ensure terms, pricing, and delivery schedules are reflected in ERP systems.
Monitor open purchase orders and supplier books; coordinate delivery, acknowledgments, and schedule risks.
Serve as primary operational contact for supplier communication on order status, shipment tracking, and delivery confirmations.
