ITT Goulds Pumps, a unit of ITT Inc., invites a Hardware & Indirect Sourcing Co-op in Seneca Falls, NY for Spring/Summer 2027. You will join a global engineering-driven sourcing team and contribute to cost-effective procurement in MRO and fasteners.

As a Senior pursuing a business-related degree, you will analyze multi-million-dollar contracts using Power BI and Excel, support Lean initiatives, and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization in a hands-on, mentored environment.

Qualifications

• Self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Senior year student pursuing a business-related degree.
• Strong ability to analyze, model, and interpret large data with a methodical approach.
• Strategic and analytical thinker.
• Excellent organizational and project-management skills to meet deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Comfort with phone calls and in-person meetings with multi-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support a major Lean project by expanding the Vendor Managed Inventory program.
• Analyze data (material type, usage, spend) for multi-million-dollar contracts using Power BI and Excel.
• Support RFQ and commercial negotiation for MRO fasteners, seals and consumables.
