Job summary

ITT Goulds Pumps in Seneca Falls, NY, invites a Hardware & Indirect Sourcing Co-op for Spring/Summer 2027. The role offers hands-on exposure to supply chain strategy, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering and procurement teams.

You will work 40 hours per week, earn $25–$30 per hour, and gain mentorship from top global sourcing professionals while contributing to cost-saving initiatives.

Qualifications

• Self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Enrolled as a Senior pursuing a business-related degree.
• Strong analytical skills to model and interpret large datasets.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Effective interpersonal skills to build relationships across the organization.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support a major Lean project by expanding the Vendor Managed Inventory program.
• Analyze data (material type, usage, spend) for multi-million-dollar contracts using Power BI and Excel.
• Assist in RFQ and commercial negotiations for MRO items.
