Qualifications

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Economics, or related field.
• Interest in sourcing activities and desire to gain technical and practical knowledge in sourcing.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to calculate figures and analyze data.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work as an individual contributor and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Support sourcing Commodity Managers to ensure efficiency in project and day-to-day operations by providing data analysis and general support.
• Collaborate with Commodity Managers and the VP, Supply Chain on re-sourcing and other key projects.
• Track and report information aligned to the First Article Inspection process and coordinate with Sourcing and Engineering.
• Assist in developing KPIs related to supplier performance and department goals.
• Assist and support business unit associates to access and analyze supplier data with tools like Power BI.
• Assist with other projects and tasks as required.
