The sourcing analyst reports to a Sourcing Manager within the Global Strategic Sourcing organization. The sourcing analyst's work includes category management, procurement strategy creation, and delivering value through innovation, cost savings, and competitive advantage. This role may interact with several internal departments outside of procurement including research and development, finance, operations, and supply chain, and may also interact with H.B. Fuller's external suppliers. This role is salaried, hybrid work, Monday-Friday at our Global Headquarters in Vadnais Heights, Minnesota.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.
The salary for this role is $78,000-$80,000.
