General Mills is offering a 10-week Sourcing Analyst internship at our World Headquarters in Minneapolis, MN. The role partners with stakeholders to source goods and services, drive continuous improvement, and deliver value through analytics and best practices.

You will work with Buying teams to support strategic sourcing initiatives, analyze data for trends, and develop insights that inform decision making.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Economics or Business (any concentrations e.g. Finance, Marketing, etc.)
• Preferred graduation dates Winter 2027 or Spring 2028
• Internship is 10-weeks in Summer 2027

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous global and regional process improvement aimed at delivering process excellence within Sourcing.
• Proactively identify process and capabilities 'best practices' to help General Mills drive savings and efficiencies across the globe.
• Work closely with Buying teams to support best-in-class strategic sourcing initiatives
• Complete Analysis of key Sourcing data to identify trends and opportunities
