As a key member of Hadrian's recruiting team, you will collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver on high-priority hiring needs across multiple functions, including engineering, manufacturing, and G&A.
This role is hands‑on and fast‑paced, giving you the autonomy to design and execute sourcing strategies that directly fuel Hadrian’s mission. You will build and manage talent pipelines, surface hard‑to‑find candidates, and ensure a world‑class experience at every stage of the process.
We are looking for someone who thrives in a startup environment, is excited to leverage automation and process‑driven recruiting, and is flexible enough to take on a wide range of hiring priorities to help us accelerate our growth.
For this role, the target salary range is $100,000 - $225,000 (actual range may vary based on experience).
This is the lowest to highest salary we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
