Job description

Role: Sourcer
Duration: Long Term Contract
Location: Remote
Pay rate: $40/hr. to $45/hr.

Responsibilities:
• Partner with recruiters/hiring managers to create sourcing strategies for non-tech roles (e.g., Sales, Home Loan Officers).
• Source and engage passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, GEM, Workday, and other tools.
• Conduct 10–30 weekly phone screens; coordinate interviews and manage candidate data in ATS/CRM.
• Deliver market insights and sourcing metrics to hiring teams.
• Promote the company’s brand and drive diverse talent pipelines.

Requirements:
• 4–8 years’ sourcing/recruiting experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Strong background in non-tech hiring (sales, business roles).
• Skilled in tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, GEM, Workday ATS.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Data-driven, adaptable, and team-oriented.
