Job description

Hadrian - Manufacturing the Future

Hadrian is building autonomous factories to reindustrialize America. By combining AI, advanced software, robotics, and full-stack manufacturing, we help aerospace and defense companies build rockets, satellites, aircraft, ships, and other mission-critical systems up to 10x faster and at significantly lower cost.

Following our $1.37B Series D at a $7.87B valuation, Hadrian is rapidly expanding our manufacturing footprint, launching new capabilities across welding, casting, forging, electronics, additive manufacturing, and more, while scaling our Factory-as-a-Service platform to transform how critical products are built.

Backed by leading investors including JPMorgan Chase, Valor Equity Partners, Andreessen Horowitz, Founders Fund, 137 Ventures, Lux Capital, T. Rowe Price, and Morgan Stanley, we’re building the future of American manufacturing—and looking for exceptional people to help make it happen.

If you’re ready to take on the most challenging and rewarding work of your career while helping create American manufacturing jobs for generations to come, you’re exactly who we’re looking for.

The Role

As a key member of Hadrian's recruiting team, you will collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver on high-priority hiring needs across multiple functions, including engineering, manufacturing, and G&A.

This role is hands-on and fast-paced, giving you the autonomy to design and execute sourcing strategies that directly fuel Hadrian’s mission. You will build and manage talent pipelines, surface hard-to-find candidates, and ensure a world-class experience at every stage of the process.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a startup environment, is excited to leverage automation and process-driven recruiting, and is flexible enough to take on a wide range of hiring priorities to help us accelerate our growth.

What You’ll Do
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in modern sourcing strategies, leveraging automation, data-driven prospecting, and tooling to identify and engage top talent

  • Optimize workflows by applying process automation, data extraction, and market intelligence to continuously improve recruiting efficiency and effectiveness

  • Partner closely with hiring managers, anticipating team needs and ensuring high interview-to-offer conversion rates through thoughtful candidate alignment

  • Build and maintain pipelines of passive talent through platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby ATS, referral campaigns, and targeted outreach strategies

  • Drive inclusive hiring by embedding diversity-focused sourcing practices into every stage of the funnel

  • Manage multiple requisitions and pipelines simultaneously, assessing pipeline health, prioritizing efforts, and reallocating focus as business needs evolve

  • Develop dynamic talent maps and market insights to inform engagement strategies and workforce planning

  • Represent Hadrian’s mission and recruiting brand at industry events, in candidate conversations, and across digital platforms

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to refine our value proposition and ensure candidates understand the unique impact of joining Hadrian

What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience sourcing and recruiting, ideally for technical or hard-to-fill roles

  • Proven success partnering with hiring managers and business leaders to refine role requirements and deliver strong candidate pipelines

  • Familiarity with automation tools, sourcing platforms, and data-driven approaches to streamline recruiting processes

  • Strong consultative skills with the ability to influence stakeholders, improve hiring outcomes, and create a best-in-class candidate experience

  • Working knowledge of technical skill sets relevant to engineering and adjacent functions

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to uncover candidate motivations and ensure long‑term fit

  • Skilled at managing large volumes of concurrent pipelines with a sharp understanding of pipeline health, prioritization, and trade-offs between competing requisitions

  • Self-directed and resourceful, capable of driving initiatives forward with limited oversight

What Will Set You Apart
  • Experience sourcing for manufacturing, aerospace, or defense industry roles

  • Proven ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with senior leadership and executive-level candidates.

Benefits for Full-time Employees
