Industry/Sector Not Applicable Specialism Operations Management Level Senior Manager Job Description & Summary The Opportunity As a Source-to-Pay Technology Consultant (Coupa, ZIP, GEP) Senior Manager, you will focus on optimizing sourcing and procurement processes to drive cost savings, enhance supplier collaboration, and strengthen supply chain resilience. You will work closely with clients to analyze sourcing strategies, identify opportunities for cost reduction, and develop strategies to improve procurement efficiency and effectiveness. Within our Operations practice, you will provide guidance on implementing strategic sourcing frameworks, supplier relationship management, and digital procurement solutions. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and professional network to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems, applying sound judgment to recognize when to take action and when to escape. Your ability to develop and sustain diverse and inclusive teams, along with your commitment to excellence, contributes to the success of our firm. In this role, you will craft and convey clear, impactful messages, apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems, and validate outcomes with clients, sharing alternative perspectives and acting on feedback.
Travel Requirements Up to 60%
The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
