Executive Director, Trollwood Performing Arts School and Bluestem Center for the Arts

Collaborate with professionals throughout the nation at Trollwood Performing Arts School, a unique youth arts organization producing a high-quality musical production in outdoor amphitheater at Bluestem Center for the Arts in Moorhead, MN. Seeking Sound Technician for MAMMA MIA. Assist sound designer/director in completing all setup of audio needs. Assist in supervising show operations and run crew. Responsible for running the board and assist in teaching students audio processes. Along with designer/director, responsible for assisting with audio strike.

Preferred Qualifications

College level education in technical theater, music technology, or related field, with emphasis on sound; or related experience. Experience in audio operations for musical theater, preferred. High level of experience constructing and setting up expansive sound systems. Experience working with and operating wireless microphones, digital / analog sound boards, intercom networks, video networks, and power distribution systems. Confident ability to teach youth, and impart technical knowledge.

Contract

On-site, full time from June 4 to August 7, 2025. Not affiliated with any unions.

Salary
