Job summary

Exos is seeking a Sounds Bath Instructor in Minnesota to lead group exercise sessions, develop engaging routines, and inspire participants with a professional, on-time approach. You will collaborate with the studio team and adapt as a flexible leader in and out of the classroom.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of leading group classes, YogaFit Level 1 with 200-hour yoga certification preferred, CPR/AED current, and a national group-ex certification (AFAA/ACE/ACSM/NETA).

• One year of experience actively leading successful group exercise classes.
• YogaFit Level 1 certification, 200-hour yoga cert preferred.
• Current CPR/AED certification maintained throughout employment.
• Current nationally accredited group exercise certification (AFAA/ACE/ACSM/NETA).

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

We're seeking a Sounds Bath Instructor to lead our fitness classes. As our new Sound Bath Instructor you must be:

• Enthusiastic about group exercise classes and enjoy creating and delivering new, fresh and innovative routines
• Confident in your professionalism by reporting on-time with a positive attitude and a passion to motivate others
• A professional who is collaborative and a flexible leader in and out of the studio

The Ideal Candidate would have:

• One year of experience actively leading successful group exercise classes
• A minimum YogaFit Level 1 certification, with a complete 200-hour yoga certification preferred.
• - Current CPR/AED certification, and maintaining it throughout employment
• Current nationally accredited group exercise certification (e.g. AFAA, ACE, ACSM, NETA)

Per pay transparency requirements, the compensation for this position ranges from $20 - $125/unit. Minimum rates may vary based on local wage laws. Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications and work experience as well as other business needs. Exos offers a comprehensive benefits package for all full time employees (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements), which includes health insurance, life and disability benefits, 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
