Triacle Companies is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our SOS CNA team. You must be flexible to work any shift and be on-call across our five Oklahoma facilities: Catoosa, Owasso, Mannford, Sand Springs, and Ponca City.

A valid LPN license, reliable transportation, and a professional appearance are required. We offer longevity bonus, referral bonuses, comprehensive medical/dental insurance, and PTO after six months.

Formación

• Must hold an LPN license.

• Must have long-term care experience and familiarity with PointClickCare.

$1,000 LONGEVITY BONUS - UNLIMITED $300 REFERRAL BONUSES

We have competitive pay and PTO in as soon as 6 months of employment, as well as medical, dental, and supplemental insurances.

As a member of our SOS team, you must:

• be flexible to work any shift
• be on-call to work in any of our 5 facilities (located in Catoosa, Owasso, Mannford, Sand Springs, and Ponca City)
• have your LPN LICENSE
• have reliable transportation
• have a professional appearance/attitude
• must have long-term care experience
• must have point click care experience
• guaranteed 1 weekend off per month

You will be an advocate for our residents and we want you to excel in this role. Comprehensive training will be provided to assure your success as an LPN CNA with our company.
